Online Program Participation
This program will be delivered on Zoom, a video conferencing platform. One week before the program start, you will receive an email with a link to the virtual classroom.

Zoom Name
It is critical that your name in Zoom matches the name you registered with for the program. Only registered names will be admitted. Need help to rename? See here.

Note: Jeff Adler will hold an OPTIONAL Matrix Tutorial on Tuesday, March 29, 9:30-10:30 am Eastern Time. The Zoom link for this is different from the program link and will be provided to you via email and during Monday’s session.
Advance Assignment
Each of you will be granted an academic free license to Matrix for the week of the program. In the week preceding, our team will email you a trial agreement, requesting your digital signature. Please complete this as soon as possible to ensure you receive access to Matrix in time for the program start.

Examine the updated model inputs for rents, expenses, and debt
The "purchase price" has not been updated since 2019
Given the updated inputs, how much would you pay now?
How believable are the assumptions for the next 5 years?
Session 3
S3 Excel Chart for Breakout Exercise - In Session 3, you’ll be placed with your groups from Session 1 to examine the Investment Risk Analysis, and with your groups:
Look at the four investment risk categories: fundamentals, infrastructure risk, political risk and environmental risk
Weight and reweight the factors and consider the implications for investment strategy decision-making
Discuss thoughts together as a class
Certificate of Completion
HGSD Executive Education has moved to providing digital certificates for all of our programs, which verify your full participation and are a public representation of Harvard University. Full participation is necessary to earn a program certificate. Extended absences from class sessions will disqualify enrollees from receiving a certificate.
